We reserve the right to charge £2.50 to cover the cost of post and packing on each order you place.

It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page by this symbol. 
The amount of the charge appears on the symbol so you know exactly what the costs are when you order.

Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered by the Tuesday after.
For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.
*Additional charge of £3.99 per order plus standard P+P. Orders must be placed before 2pm by telephone or online only. Service only available in courier areas and subject to stock availability. Personalised and items sent direct from manufacturer are not eligible for Next Day service. Items ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will not be delivered until Tuesday, at the earliest, of following week. We cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside of the stated schedule.
