I’ve had this for two days, and twice now, because I’ve moved forward a little bit whilst the footrest is extended, the chair has tipped forward, ending with me falling forwards out of the chair,  luckily my husband has been there to help me, but I felt I must report this somehow to make others aware of this. I’ll be calling  tomorrow to see what can be done, despite this being a dual motor chair, there doesn’t seem to be any weight in it to balance.

Please be careful when footrest is out.
