Battery is awful, barely lasts 2 days. Went to send it for repair they returned it said nothing was wrong

I got my Ultra watch for my birthday and I love to wear, very comfortable, always with me. It's design is perfect, especially love its orange strap. As usual the health functions are working professionally, provide a lot information, very useful and precise data-sharing. My problem is the sport functions and the name itself. I wanted to use this watch for my sport activities like ultra trail running, spartan races, marathons and doing sup. My first race was a 100 Km trail, my time was my individual best (19:28), but my watch was run out of after 12 hours (!) with GPS useage, but I pipe out all other functions and started with 100% battery. Last time I started a 2 hours sup training with 26% of battery, but after 1:48 my watch is run out of. I did the same with my former, 4 years old Huawei pro 4 watch without any problem. And I already replaced once time my watch (by the way the service was fantastic, quick and patient!). So I don't think on battery useage point of view this watch is an "Ultra". My other problem is the sport functions: every each ultra runner use intervall running practise. Although the other type of samsung watches have a normal intervall running app, Ultra watch has an amatour, very limited functioned intervall app. It is useless for me, because now I can choose only a warm-up and 2 practise types (only can choose time or  distance only), a regeneration inside the practise cycle and have a chance to multiply these cycles. That's all what are really not enough for a normal intervall running. I really hope you, guys can implement your normal interval running app, because inside Samsung you already have it, really don't understand why you skip it out from your top-level watch... last, but not least, why don't you have sup sport app? So all in all, I love your Ultra watch, but at this moment I can't use it for my Ultra activities and practises perfectly and feel cheated because of "Ultra" naming. I will have a spartan ultra at end of Aug, really hope will have some improvements or will need to buy a second-hand ugly, but real ultra functions equipped garmin watch for my ultra activities. Hope you can help me with my problems and finally turns out all above problems are coming from my inattentive. My all electric devices are Samsung products (coming from the last 20 years) and will have in the future as well although that was the first time I am a bit disappointed on a Samsung product.

Professional outfit vs. Battery problems

Coming from the 1345 finally a samsung watch with great battery life and such a stylish design

Battery life is good and the watch is great in most aspects. So Why onty 2 / 5? Well, I've given it this rating because, 
1) it's *way* more expensive than its should be - the Watch 7 does 99% the same for a lot less.
2) Samsung have changed the strap fixing which means that choice is limited and prices are again too high.
3) Samsung's idea of support seems to be 'book a repair' or nothing. There are a whole slew of 'warnings' that their health functions give you every time you use them. For example, tell me about watch placement etc the *first* time I use the app, not *every* time. These warnings don't seem to be able to be turned off and severely diminish the value of said health apps.

Nice, but too expensive and not well supported.
