This is far too painful to wear for any great length of time. Whilst it does hold your bits in, the payoff between pain and being a little less wobbly is not worth it.

Painful to wear

Genuinely the best shape wear I have ever brought - and trust me I have brought a fair few! I got a medium (size 12 usually for reference) and it holds you in, in all the right places! Doesn't bunch up when sitting down and as it's a hook and eye fastening below it doesn't pop open! The hook and eye fastening is comfortable, however, after a few drinks it does get a bit fiddly! My mum brought one after me and she's as impressed!

Perfect for smoothing out the little lumps and bumps we always notice on ourselves :) comfort and confidence boosting

Really liked the support this gives and the fact i can wear my own bra. Im between sizes and decided to go smaller which is fine except does give a noticable VPL. Havent tried it for prolonged wear yet but I suspect it will be a little uncomfortable around the legs and arm straps.
