The bottom up motor eliminates the mixing arm which often gets in the way when mixing. This allows for ingredients to be added without having to stop and raise the mixing head, making your mixing quicker and easier. There is also a full cover splash guard with inlet, which allows you to both monitor the mixing progress, and add ingredients without making a mess. MixStar is designed with modern living in mind so fits comfortably into smaller sized kitchen cupboards.The compact design incorporates a neat storage caddy for all of the accessories, which sits within the bowl, meaning no more scrabbling around for whisks or hooks in the back of the cupboard. MixStar comes complete with three sets of dual action accessories, beaters, whisks and dough hooks, giving you double the action in one revolution. As well as the standard accessories, MixStar includes dual scrapers that can be used with the beaters and whisks and have been designed to help reduce scraping down to a minimum. As the mixer turns, they scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and spindle to help incorporate all the ingredients, so you don't have to stop your mix as often, saving you time and effort. To help follow recipes with specified mixing times, incorporated is a digital count up timer. It starts when you begin mixing, pauses when you do and will continue to count when you start up again. When you enter the next phase of your recipe, you can reset the timer at the touch of a button. The 650W motor and six variable mixing speeds give you full control over your mix at all times. With dishwasher safe accessories and mixing bowl, and a raft of tested recipes to start you off, MixStar is designed to make mixing easier, and as enjoyable as it can be. 4L capacity.

Brought for the wife a couple months ago and only used a couple of times. Now it is broken. It won’t mix and it keeps grinding.

I like it not as good as i thought it would be sometimes it leaves flour not mixed i like that all the fitting fit in the bowl tidy and it takes less space than stand mixer

I've not used it yet has my husband has bought it for me for Xmas , but it feels sturdy and very compact  & like how the blades fit inside , I look forward too using after xmas
