Whole process only took one week! I got delivery details very quickly and they were stuck to. Couch comes in 5 HUGE boxes so make sure you have got rid of your old one first. Delivery guys were fab and very professional. Couch is a bit tricky to hook the parts together as it’s so heavy but relatively easy to figure out. Be prepared for tip runs as there’s a LOT of packaging. It’s a beautiful design and goes perfect in my living room, and it’s comfortable enough considering it’s new. The best part is I got it on a deal. Well worth the money, I highly recommend it.
